We strongly recommend making reservations in advance to ensure we provide you with the best possible service.

Privacy:
For reservations, we use the online reservation application provided by resmio GmbH, Katzwanger Straße 150, 90461 Nürnberg. Resmio acts as our partner in this regard. This application allows users of this website to reserve a table at our Restaurant. To provide this service (i.e., making table reservations and, if necessary, contacting for reservation-related inquiries), our partner resmio collects, stores, and processes personal data of the person making the reservation. This data includes first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any additional information requested explicitly by the restaurant for the reservation request. Data processing is carried out based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1) Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. If you wish to object to the collection and storage of data, you can do so at any time by sending an email to mail@sale-e-tabacchi.de. Upon your objection, we will delete your personal data from the system.

Cancellations for Small Groups:
For groups of 10 to 20 people, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the reserved time.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 10 euros per person.
Cancellations for Large Groups (21 or more people):
For groups of 21 or more people, we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for cancellations.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 euros per person.
Group Menus:
To ensure a smooth dining experience, we discuss the menu in advance, especially for groups of more than 20 people. As we exclusively use fresh ingredients, we cannot always guarantee every dish precisely. For example, if fresh chanterelles are unavailable on a particular day, we may need to substitute them with porcini mushrooms.
Changes to Group Size:
Please inform us of any changes as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Changes to group size are subject to availability.
Delays:
We kindly request that you arrive promptly at your reserved time. In the event of delays exceeding 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee your reservation and reserve the right to cancel it.
